Bookings
All treatments are by appointment only. Bookings can be made online, by phone or by enquiry. A confirmation will be issued once your appointment is secured.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or no-shows, may incur a fee of up to 50 percent of the booked service.
Right to refuse service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion, including where treatment is not appropriate or where conduct is not in line with our standards.
Health disclosure
Clients are required to disclose any relevant health conditions, injuries, medications or pregnancy prior to treatment. Treatments may be modified or declined where contraindications exist.
Contraindications
Certain medical conditions may mean that massage, sauna, cold plunge or other treatments are not suitable. If in doubt, please consult your medical professional before booking.
Age requirement
Clients must be 18 years or over, or accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Liability
Our treatments are wellness-focused and not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis or treatment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers will be available soon. Voucher-specific terms will apply at the time of purchase.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless arranged otherwise.
Photography & privacy
Photography of other clients or staff is not permitted without consent. Please respect the privacy of others in our space.
Conduct
We expect respectful, professional conduct at all times. There is zero tolerance for inappropriate behaviour, and we reserve the right to end any appointment where conduct falls below this standard.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
